Bonsoir,

As-tu essayé de lancer IE en mode sans échecs ou plutôt sans module complémentaire.
Tu vas dans menu Démarrer / Tous les programmes / Accessoires / Outils système => Internet Explorer (sans module complémentaire).

Solution
[1] Si vous possédez un Sony Vaio, cette erreur est causée par un logiciel pré-installé sur tous les Vaio, SonicStage Audio Filter, qui permet de modifier le son en sortie de l’ordinateur. Désinstallez ou mettez à jour ce logiciel.
[2] Si le lecteur où est installé Windows a moins de 300 Mo d'espace libre, faites de la place.
[3] Le problème peut également être dû à une barrette de mémoire vive défectueuse.

Pour répondre à bernard53: j'ai pas de de Sony Vaio et mon lecteur à encor 57,5 GO d'éspace libre et comment je fais pour savoir si une barette de mémoire vive est défectueuse?

si pas de soucis de mémoire fait ceci.


Télécharge random's system information tool (RSIT) par random/random et sauvegarde-le sur le Bureau:

Double clique sur RSIT.exe qui se trouve sur ton bureau pour le lancer:
Pour VISTA :
Clic-droit et choisis "Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur".


Ensuite :
Si l'outil HijackThis (version à jour) n'est pas présent ou non détecté sur l'ordinateur, RSIT le téléchargera (autorise l'accès dans ton pare-feu, si demandé) et tu devras accepter la licence.

Le rapport va se créer. Pour le mettre sur le forum.

Tout sélectionner : CRTL+ A
Tout copier : CRTL+ C
Tout coller : CRTL+ V

Vous pouvez, une fois posté, le fermer. Ce rapport s’appelle.log.txt

Le rapport est sauvegardé à la racine du disque: C:\rsit\info.txt et C:\rsit\log.txt

Oui, c'est normal. Quand tu démarres IE en mode sans module complémentaire, tous les plugins sont désactivés et comme certains gèrent la vidéo, alors ... pas de vidéo.

Donc dans ce mode, tu n'as pas de message d'erreur, c'est bien ça ?

Pour savoir quel est ou quels sont les modules qui sèment le wouaille, tu vas faire ceci (apparemment tu es sous IE7) :
1/ Tu lances IE normalement

1/ clique sur le bouton Outils, sélectionne Gérer les modules complémentaires, puis clique sur Activer ou désactiver les modules complémentaires.

2/ sous Afficher, clique sur Modules complémentaires actuellement chargés dans Internet Explorer.

3/ sous Paramètres, clique sur Désactiver. Tu désactives tout.

4/ Tu fermes IE puis tu le lances à nouveau ; normalement IE tu ne dois pas avoir de message d'erreur.

Puis tu les actives un par un et tu redémarres IE à chaque fois pour savoir quel est celui qui provoquent le dysfonctionnement.
C'est un peu long mais au moins on trouvera le coupable !
