PC connecté à la livebox mais accès internet impossible

Bonjour,

Depuis 2 jours le PC des enfants n'a plus accès à internet. Impossible de se connecter avec IE ou avec Chrome. Plus de Windows Live Messenger et plus de mail. J'ai vérifié la connection de ce PC sur la livebox et pas de soucis de ce côté là sur mon portable car impossible sur le pc des enfants).

le message est le suivant :

Erreur 102(net::ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED):Erreur inconnue.

le diagnostique de connection dit que tout est ok, windows defender me dit que tout est ok. J'ai supprimé avast car je n'arrivais plus à le retablir.

Je soupçonne un virus, donc je télécharge en ce moment (de mon portable) spyboot puis HijackThis

Y a t il une bonne âme pour m'aider à redevenir le meilleur papa du monde ?

PS le pc est connecté par câble et le câble est branché
