pilote carte réseau
bonjour,
dans mon gestionnaire de périphérique la carte réseau apparait avec un triangle jaune, et quand je veux mettre à jour les pilotes cela me dit que windows ne peut pas charger les pilotes pour ce périphérique (code 31), comment remédiez à ce probléme??

alors voila : j'ai éssayé de faire maconfig mais cela ne fonctionne pas jusqu'au bout, quant à l'éditeur de mar carte je ne sais pas est-ce microsoft? sur le site du fabricant (acer), rien trouvé je suis perdue, et pas trés douée en plus.....

bonjour,
c'est un acer aspire M5100 , mais j'ai eu un gros soucis hier mon écran est devenu bleu avec des inscription en anglais et l'ordi à redémarré tout seul! je n'ai pas de virus d'aprés malwarebytes.... cela me l'a fait 2 fois..... j'espére que ce n'est pas trop grave.....

renseignes bien lequel vista tu as installé sur ton pc:

pour tes écran bleus installes whocrashed 3.01 ici:

une fois installé clic sur "analyse"

pour le rapport que tu m'as dit de poster c'est pareil ...... je suis nulle désolée....... (j'ai bien télécharger whocrashed 3.01) et j'ai lancé l'analyse;
